Our terms and conditions are simple. Just keep in mind that we are a fundraiser, so our resources are limited.
Shipping damage - we will provide a full refund of original purchase price and shipping costs billed to you. We do ask that you return the damaged goods for our disposal. You will not be refunded until we have received the return.
Malfunctioning product - we will provide a full refund of original purchase price and shipping costs billed to you. We do ask that you return the damaged goods for our disposal. This type of return is subject to "common sense" and our interpretation. Do not send back returns of products that have been abused or misused. That is simply taking away from our ability to donate to the Children's Hospitals. And it would be unethical.
Misused Product - As mentioned above, we will not provide refunds for products that have been misused or abused beyond normal wear and tear. We will also not provide refunds for products that expire due to normal wear and tear. If your product is found to have expired from normal wear and tear, or misuse, we will offer you the option to purchase a replacement at cost (our cost to make the product) plus shipping and handling, or to receive the original product back at your expense.
We want to keep our customer's happy, but we also want to discourage unethical purchasing behavior.
